Poem — Inseparable love

--

A short poem on love that completes two souls

I hold her in my arms
Doesn’t matter where I am and the societal norms
It is only there she sees her truest self
No worries, no hurts and nothing that she can dwell

Stroking her head, for my baby she truly is
Her in my arms, sends me in a tizz
To her and me, this sounds like a trance
Our secret world that no one knows, to glance

Once in my arms she forgets her woes and foes
Locking me tight into her, with her palms and her cute toes
How should I express to you that this is my true cloud nine
Without my baby in my arms I’m never ever really fine
